Nationwide Delivery – Terms & Conditions

We offer nationwide delivery across mainland UK using pallet courier services. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Method

• Delivered via pallet network (kerbside delivery only)

• Vehicle is typically an 7.5 tonne – 18-tonne lorry unless otherwise arranged

• Delivery is made using a tail lift and pallet truck

Access Requirements

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

• Safe and suitable access for a large delivery vehicle

• Hard, flat ground suitable for a pallet truck (concrete, tarmac, or block paving)

• Someone is present to accept delivery

We cannot move pallets across:

• Gravel

• Grass

• Soil

• Sloped driveways

• Steps or uneven surfaces

If access is restricted, please inform us before ordering to arrange an alternative solution where possible.
